Kuala Lumpur, July 28 – With the announcement that Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak has submitted a new list of cabinet members to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, speculations are rife in MIC circles that Datuk M.Saravanan would be appointed as the new Minister representing MIC, replacing former MIC President Dato Seri G.Palanivel.
Saravanan’s Deputy Minister’s position is expected to be taken over by Senator Datuk S.A.Vigneswaran.
