KUALA LUMPUR, July 20 — The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has urged the public not to spread any content or picture of victims of Malaysia Airlines (MAS) Flight MH17 which crashed in Ukraine. Its chairman, Datuk Mohamed Sharil Tarmizi said the public had also been asked not to share, post downloads or show sensitive content on internet social sites.
“We would like to remind the public to respect those who had died in the MH17 crash and their families. “We all grieve for their families and friends and offer our condolences,” he said in the MCMC Facebook page.
